A connected platform for financial operations across borders
IIH Money is the product built by Ideal Innovation House. E-invoicing, invoice management, payments and collections, financial reporting, compliance and integrations run on one shared set of records, rather than in six systems that each hold a partial version of the truth.
What the platform does
Six services, one data model. Each is useful on its own; the reason they sit together is that they read and write the same invoices, the same payment records and the same audit trail.
Most finance stacks are assembled rather than designed. An invoicing tool writes a document, a payments tool takes the money, a spreadsheet reconciles the two, and a separate filing process tells the tax authority what happened. Every hand-off is a place where a number can drift, and every drift has to be found by a person.
IIH Money removes the hand-offs. An invoice is issued in the format its jurisdiction requires, submitted to the relevant authority, tracked until it is settled, matched against the incoming funds automatically, and visible in reporting the moment it changes state — because all of that is the same record moving through one system.
- E-Invoicing
- Issue and receive structured electronic invoices in the formats each tax authority expects, with validation before anything is submitted.
- Invoice Management
- Create, send, track and reconcile invoices from a single workspace, so nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be noticed.
- Payments & Collections
- Branded payment portals, automated reminders and reconciliation that closes itself — collections without the follow-up spreadsheet.
- Financial Reporting
- Live dashboards and custom reports built on the same data your invoices and payments run on — no exports, no stale numbers.
- Compliance
- Mandate changes, schema updates and new clearance models are handled upstream, so your team is not reading tax bulletins.
- Integrations & API
- Connect the ERP, accounting suite, CRM and banking rails you already run. Nothing needs to be replaced to get started.
Who it serves
The same platform, weighted differently. A freelancer needs one invoice to go out correctly; a multi-entity group needs every invoice it issues to clear in several jurisdictions at once.
We did not build a small-business product and then bolt enterprise features onto it, and we did not build an enterprise product and strip it back. The compliance engine that files for a group with entities in several markets is the same engine behind a single consultant’s invoice. What changes with scale is how much of the platform you switch on: multi-user access and approval workflows, ERP integration, multi-entity management, custom automation.
- IndividualsFreelancers, consultants and the self-employed
- Invoicing, payment tracking and organised records — without complicated software or an accountant.
- Small Business1–50 employees
- Save time on invoicing, get paid faster, and keep your books organized without needing a dedicated finance team.
- Mid-Market50–500 employees
- Connect invoicing, payments, reporting, and compliance into a single platform that supports your growing team.
- Enterprise500+ employees
- Manage multi-entity operations, automate high-volume invoicing, and maintain compliance across markets from one platform.
How we operate
Three choices shape most of what the product is, and most of what it refuses to be.
Compliance is tracked upstream, not downstream
Mandates move. Schemas get revised, clearance shifts from periodic reporting to real-time, and a document that validated last quarter stops validating this one. That churn has to be absorbed somewhere, and the wrong place to absorb it is a finance team reading tax bulletins. So mandate changes, schema updates and new clearance models are handled upstream in the platform, and the jurisdictions we cover are monitored continuously rather than revisited when something breaks.
Connected to the tax authorities, not just to your customers
An electronic invoice is only compliant if it reaches the right authority in the format that authority expects, under the model that authority operates — real-time, near-real-time or periodic. We integrate with those portals directly and validate before submitting, so errors surface while they are still ours to fix rather than after a rejection. Every action on every document is recorded immutably, which is what makes an audit a retrieval exercise instead of an investigation.
Integration-first, not replace-your-stack
Finance teams do not get to switch systems casually, and asking them to is usually a way of avoiding the harder engineering. IIH Money is built to work with the ERP, accounting suite, CRM and banking rails already in place, with two-way sync to the ledger of record and a documented REST API for everything else. Nothing needs to be replaced to get started.

Tell us how you invoice today
Which systems you run, which markets you file in, and where the manual work still is. That is enough to work out what connecting it would involve.
