- How does billing work?
- Individual is free to start and needs no credit card. Business is priced on invoice volume, so it is quoted against what you actually send rather than a fixed list price. Enterprise is scoped and quoted with our team.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can move between Individual, Business and Enterprise as your operation changes, and the feature set moves with the plan. Talk to us and we will help you pick the tier that matches your current volume.
- What counts as invoice volume?
- Invoice volume is the number of invoices you issue through IIH Money over a billing period. Because Business pricing is based on invoice volume, we quote it against your expected throughput instead of a per-seat rate.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Individual is free to start, so you can stop whenever you like. For Business and Enterprise, cancellation terms are set out in your agreement — contact us and we will walk you through them.
